What personal data we process

We process only the information you choose to write in the contact form:

• First and last name
• Company name (optional, if you write it)
• E-mail address or phone number — whichever you prefer to give
• The topic you select
• The text of your message

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies that track visitors. Unless you fill in the form, no personal data is collected from you.

Why we process it

We process your data for a single purpose: to assess your enquiry and to reply to you. Planning the first conversation and any subsequent correspondence fall within that purpose.

We do not add your data to a marketing list, send newsletters, sell it, or use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Legal basis

The processing rests on Article 5/2-(c) of the KVKK — being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract — and Article 5/2-(f), our legitimate interest in being able to respond when you contact us on your own initiative.

How it is collected

Data is collected only electronically, when you fill in and submit the contact form at intevola.com yourself. We do not obtain data from any other source.

Who we transfer it to, and where

We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. However, two service providers established outside Turkey are involved so that the site can work technically, and under the KVKK this counts as a transfer abroad:

• Web3Forms — the form service that delivers the contents of the contact form to us as e-mail. If you submit the form, what you wrote passes through this service.
• Cloudflare — the infrastructure provider that hosts and delivers the site.

This transfer is necessary for the service to be provided and happens only at the moment you submit the form. Simply browsing the site does not cause such a transfer.

How long we keep it

We keep your message for as long as is needed to assess your enquiry and, if work follows, to carry it out. At the end of that period, or when you ask us to, we delete it. If no engagement begins, we remove the correspondence from our records within a reasonable period.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to the data controller you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed
• Request information about it if it has been processed
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
• Know the third parties inside or outside Turkey to whom your data has been transferred
• Request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately
• Request its erasure or destruction
• Request that correction, erasure or destruction be notified to the third parties the data was transferred to
• Object to a result reached against you solely through analysis by automated systems
• Claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing

How to apply

You can send requests relating to the rights above to the e-mail address below. So that we can verify your identity, please state your full name and set out your request clearly. We conclude requests within thirty days at the latest.

Language of this notice

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Turkish version of this notice is the binding text; in the event of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.
